Semai is an AI-powered customer experience (CX) platform that provides businesses with advanced customer service capabilities including AI agents, automation, and multilingual and multimodal communication tools.

2. Service Usage Rights

When you subscribe to Semai, you receive access to our SaaS platform for the duration of your subscription period. All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including but not limited to our AI technology, algorithms, and software, remain the property of Africai. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process various types of data including:
- Business information (company details, user accounts, payment information)
- Customer interaction data
- Usage analytics and performance metrics
- AI training data

4. AI and Automation Features

Our AI-powered features are provided "as is" and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee perfect results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated responses before using them in customer communications.

5. Service Level Agreement

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are based on your selected plan and usage levels. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy at semai.xyz/refunds.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and/or platform notifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
